Hi there! I'm the founder of Sol Aesthetics, and my love for self-care started with my own journey of self-love. As a full-time working mama of three, I often felt guilty about taking time for myself, worrying it meant I was neglecting my other roles. I also struggled with the fear of being judged as 'fake' for wanting to enhance my appearance and slow the aging process.
These experiences inspired me to create Sol Aesthetics, a place where people like you can find a supportive, non-judgmental environment to focus on self-care. Here, you can feel rejuvenated, glowing, and most importantly, true to yourself. My goal is to provide a sanctuary where you can embrace your beauty and take the time you deserve to feel your best.

Theresa Iannotti-Kovacs is a dedicated wellness coach deeply invested in helping clients achieve optimal health, weight loss, and overall wellness. With over 20 years of experience in various healthcare roles, Theresa is passionate about making a positive difference in people’s lives.
Fifteen years ago, Theresa’s life took an unexpected turn when she was diagnosed with an autoimmune disease and suffered a spinal cord injury. This life-altering experience underscored the importance of being her own health advocate. Since then, she has devoted her life to creating a “new normal” and uses her journey to inspire and guide others in reclaiming their lives.
In her free time, Theresa enjoys spending time with her two kids, her husband, and her extended family!
